It was very pleasant, everyone was polite and very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is having snacks, donuts besides the coffee since we were at the dealership for 5.5 hrs.

Lino was superb. He explained every detail of each car we looked at with genuine knowledge and facts, no sales pitch. It was a no brainer that he was the kind of guy I wanted to buy a car from. The set up of the building is also wonderful. My 17 month old was completely entertained in the play area which was a huge stress relief not having to chase him around just a show room with cars he isn't allowed to touch while trying to get through all the paperwork of purchasing a car

We dealt with Eric online at first, and when we had the details of the deal worked out, we came in and bought our new Accord. Eric was very helpful and did a very professional job. We woudl definitely work with him again.

Linos was amazing to work with. He made me feel like he was there to work for me, and not just there to pad his pocket. When it comes time for me to buy another car I will be contacting Linos again.

I purchased a used Civic. Third car, and first used car, I have purchased from Scott. experience was very good. Only oddity was in prepping the car for us the floor mats were removed and "lost". Now Joe did the right thing and was able to get us new ones, but since the parts dept. was closed, it is requiring another trip back on Friday morning to pick them up. I do NOT consider that Joe's fault. Stuff happens but I would think you'd understand another drive from Delaware just for floor mats that the dealership misplaced is annoying. Hence VG instead of Excellent.

I bought a new Accord coupe and I am very happy. The car is great and Larry made the buying experience fun.
