Absolutely excellent service. I used Nask Door for two different overhead garage doors in the past couple of months. The techs were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of that, both times I called they squeezed me in with relative ease. As a picky person, and often let down by the service of most companies, I am completely satisfied with their record.
Nask Door sent Fran, Nasks technician, to my house to look at my garage door. He was extremely professional, and (whats the most important thing) explained the different options I have to get my garage door working. There was no up sell in any way. Fran fixed the faulty garage door springs and gave the door an overall tune-up, all in about 15 minutes. I would 100% recommend Nask Door to everyone.
Just wanted to say thanks. Our garage doors look great and really finish off our house. Our technicians, Michael and Dan, were very helpful and explained everything about the doors. They cleaned up afterwards and took away all the debris. I would not hesitate to recommend Nask Door to all my neighbors or friends. Tom

Very poor service and communications. They were scheduled to install an opener I purchased. They were going to call in the morning to give me a time for the installation - no call. I finally called them and they needed to check and call me back. I was told someone would be at my house at 2pm. Nobody showed up. I called them at 3pm and was told that someone would show up at 4pm. I cancelled the appointment and I'm selecting a different company. Communications are critical in business and Nask is sub-par when it comes to communication.
This is to let you know how pleased i am with the installation of my new garage doors and openers at my home by Nask Door Inc. Iwas particulary impressed by the workmenship of the installer. he arrived promptly and went right to work. When he left he explained to me all the features. He made sure all the debris was cleaned up. In summary, my experience with Nask Door Inc. has been very positive
Product excellent, we went with 8300 door and opener very quiet. Price reasonable compared to other quotes. Very responsive office, quality of work was good. Two small complaints, installer was several hours late with no apology. When I called the office they did not apologize either. (Customer service goes a long way with me) and caulking around capping could have been a bit neater. Door looks fabulous and capping great too.

Terrible. Don't use them. Rude and can't fix doors.
I initially asked for a quote from a Non-Guaranteed vendor. Their "phone quote" was $200 including the repair and installation of parts. Once they arrived the cost went to $500, then $350. I asked them to leave. I then went on Superpages.com and chose a vendor close to home that was guaranteed. They showed up on time, beat the price of the other vendor, guaranteed their work longer, and even sent me a bill for LESS than the number quoted over the phone. The guy who was sent out was very professional, and even tried to help me with the garage door opener (which I never even discussed on the phone). Great all-around job, extremely professional.
