"Made a novice (me) seem like a pro when it comes to renting equipment and I am sure the true pros love it here to because they seem to have everything" Recently moved to a property in West Chester with brush piles everywhere. My wife suggested they needed to go and I agreed. Knox Equipment Rental in West Chester had an inventory of several different chippers; however, I had no idea what I needed as I never rented a chipper before. Luckily the guy I spoke with on the phone was an expert and after a few questions advised me not only which chipper I needed, but what type of vehicle I should bring to tow it. Pickup was a breeze. I was greeted by a friendly staff (tough to pull off at 7 am I am sure). They hooked the chipper up to my truck and then showed me how to operate. Return was just as easy. I will definitely rent from Knox Equipment again.
