It is the managing general partner of Deerlick Royalty Partners L.P. Deven Resources Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daleco Resources Corporation (Daleco), which has been engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas properties in the United States since 1978. The company is a publicly traded natural resource company with two operating divisions: minerals oil and gas.
