- White Collar CrimesAfter graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Basil started his legal career at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled countless investigations and jury trials for cases ranging from violent felonies to white-collar crimes. Following his success as a prosecutor, Basil practiced corporate law at a large national law firm in our region, representing health care providers, hospitals and other organizations. Now, Basil is excited to be back in the courtroom, advocating for the rights of our injured and victimized clients using the skills he honed as a prosecutor and strengthened in the healthcare field.

Goldberg inherited his father's passion for justice, and for the past decade, the Goldbergs have worked together to aggressively advocate for their clients rights. In 2017, Chad Maloney, a former U.S. Marine Corps Special Prosecutor and Chester County Assistant District Attorney, joined the Goldbergs' team, bringing along his vast trial experience.
