Excellent service, friendly, professional, reasonable, and punctual with response time. I've had the priviledge of having a few guys from Battavio service my 16-year-old HVAC system for almost 3 years now. They never try to upsell or even sell me a product unless I really needed it. My system is almost 16 years old and for the first time in 3 years, Brendan showed me my rusted capacitor and recommended I replace it since it was on its last leg. Furthermore, I had a draining issue by the coils and Bill H. and his assistant were able to find the problem and give me a little more time with my system by correcting the issue. Just in case, I asked for a proposal on a new AC unit bc my unit is getting older and this would gave me a heads up for saving purposes.

I appreciated the thoroughness, patience, and pleasant personalities of all of Joe Battavio 's workers. Even the wonderful office staff that always try to accomodate my schedule. THANK YOU for HONEST work and employees that treat their customers like their own family.

I hired Battavio to redo my bathroom and had an awesome experience. Joe Battavio (the new owner) came out for our initial meeting and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. Scheduling was a breeze with Fran and the on-staff plumbers and carpenter were timely and efficient. Joe and all of his employees are very professional and easy to work with. They do a great job, leaving you with a beautiful end product and the want to use them again in the future.

Hired Battavio to do some HVAC work. Was misled, given the run around on when work could be completed, and was overcharged and provided poor quality products. I would not recommend this company.

Have been a customer of Battavio for over 8 years. Their technicians are very well educated and are respectful of your house. I had a heat pump replaced last year and was very satisfied with the install process and the price was worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Hiring Bottavio Pluming Heating-AC was a terrible mistake. Mr. Bottavio is a very dishonest man! I called them because my AC was not working. They claimed that I had leak and ran some sort of test to see where the leak was. They never returned. Made me pay $300.0

Later I found out that I never had a leak. My thermostat had to be changed.

Owner's son came over lickity split after we called them up. Fixed the toilet in like 45 minutes. Cost 100 dollars. He even took off money for a part we already had bought but couldn't install. Jolly good.
