      Dixon Builders admits that members of its management are perfectionists. Dixon Builders develops subdivisions and built homes throughout the Cincinnati metropolitan area. Dixon built its first home in 1970. Principal Mike Dixon performed 90 percent of the work himself, with the exception of the electric and plumbing. In Butler County, Ohio, Dixon Builders built a subdivision called Fairfield Falls. Homes in Fairfield Falls are approximately 3000 square feet with 12-foot cathedral ceilings. They also include walk-out lots with potential for four bedrooms. Fairfield Falls is located near major shopping centers. The forest known as Rentschler Woods is viewable from Fairfield Falls patio and landominium homes. In Kenton County, Ky., Dixon Builders owns the subdivision of Claiborne, a pool community with cabana house, sidewalks and streetlights. Dixon Builders is headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio.
