Adena Elementary School provides education to students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school also provides library media education in various areas that include research and reference strategies, literature appreciation, pleasure reading and use of information technologies. Additionally, it has a parent-teacher organization that performs fundraising activities to help the school in purchasing various educational materials and enhancements, such as laptops, playground equipment and encyclopedia sets. Adena Elementary School also provides food and transportation services. The school is a part of Lakota Local Schools and is located in West Chester, Ohio.
