Awful experience...my son took his 2013 Dodge for a simple oil change while on his way home it began to over heat. He took it to this place because the Meineke in our area unfortunately closed. When he took his vehicle back to this location the very next day because it was serviced during the late hours, the owner Andy began to play the blame game and indicating that it is not their doing being very rude stating it was just a coincidence. Seriously, a Coincidence?? They had just worked under the hood and this mechanical issue all of the sudden occurs. Well, after $20.00 for the initial oil change another $60.00 plus tax, approximately $85.00 and practically shaming him into doing the right thing, I left this place feeling sad and being taken advantage of. Please be aware of this guy, especially out of town consumers. I'm sure he doesn't treat his West Caldwell clients this way.

Not a place to fix your car, he will unscrew your wallet. I have been to this place for an oil change twice. Second time there was an oil leak. I went bank to him. He said all the parts around the oil filter are broken and needs replacement. He gave me an estimate of $250. I went to my mechanic and cleared this topic for $25. This man is all piece of a junk.
