Caldwell OB/GYN cares for women from adolescence through their post-menopausal years. Together with our dedicated and friendly office staff, we provide a warm, comfortable, and safe environment. Our practice is devoted to obstetrics and gynecology, including well-woman care and contraceptive counseling. As a solo-practitioner, Dr. Sullivan is proud to provide uniquely personalized, compassionate care to each of his patients, and enjoys developing strong relationships with his obstetrical patients throughout their pregnancy journey.
