Designs Unlimited a residential and commercial building design firm, was founded in 1976 by Vern Rockwell near Seattle, Washington. Designs Unlimited team has over 7, 000 homes built from our designs. We're proud of being a Street of Dreams participant and an award-winning design firm. We love designing homes and are one of the few firms in the Kent/Seattle area that specializes in residential design. Families and contractors around the country love the beauty and savings they get from our stock house plans.
