Mark the owner put blonde highlights in my hair and I could tell even while it was still wet that it was orange! I called back the next day and I told them my hair was orange and if Mark could put a toner in my hair and they went back to tell him and they said that he couldn't do my hair until he came back from Florida the following week and and top of that he wanted to charge me to fix his mistake! Why should I pay to have my hair fixed!! He couldn't charge me one dime to fix my hair! This is his mistake, not mine! All the other salons that did my highlights, fixed my hair without charging me at all when it came out brassy! And at the other salons, when the hairdresser wasn't available that day, they had someone else put the toner in my hair and didn't charge me. The owner of D'Alleva's should have offered to fix it for free or at least had some other hair dresser in the salon fix it for no charge! $150 down the drain!! He lost a customer!
