I'd like to start off by saying that I really like Dr. Nelson. I think he is very nice and efficient. What I don't like about this place is the incredibly rude woman who works at the eye exam desk. I thought maybe it was just me or I was having a bad day or something so I consulted with others who come here and I didn't even have to say who I was talking about they already knew. She has a completely horrible attitude and does not know how to interact with anyone. I know Dr. Nelson has received complaints about her before so I'm not exactly sure why he's keeping her around.

Just a quick note to anyone looking for riding prescription glasses, doc set my husband up with a pair that keeps out the wind and bugs, great with the sun and makes riding so much more enjoyable. Try them ... they are GREAT!!! I just bought a pair of light weight glasses that are fabulous, stylish, and do the job without the hassle of heavy glasses all day long..... I also brought the love of my life, my granddaughter who really needs a good doctor and a good pair of glasses, well she loves all of people there ... they treat her like their own, gave her glasses that fit well and do a great job, she loves going to Vision Center. Thank you for taking the time you did with us, making each one of us feel special and seeing things a lot more clearly.. :-)
