Assessment and treatment of teenagers, adults, families and couples struggling with issues affecting healthy relationships and lifestyles. Special focus on the challenges teens face with academics, family and peer relationships, anxiety and depression, and emotion regulation. Sara currently facilitates a DBT Skills group for struggling teens. Additional interest in parenting difficulties, chronic anxiety and depression, managing stress and conflict, and addiction. Individual, couples and family sessions include CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Client Centered therapeutic approaches to treatment.
