Our frig stopped working on the night before thanksgiving and we noticed it in the morning on Thanksgiving. We were totally impressed that Ron talked us through what we could do ourselves to get it reset and working rather than charge a holiday rate and come out as many may have done. He didn't mention a charge and called back the next day to check if it was still working OK! He is going on my preffered list of people I will do business with in the future. THANKS!
