R & R did my driveway years ago and if it were not for me checking on the job about an hour into it, the pavers would have been placed incorrectly. They were put down heel to toe rather then a stepped pattern. The workers had to remove and replace at least 8 rows and lay them out in the proper pattern. It appears that no direction was given to the employees. The end of the driveway was supposed to be made so I would not have a puddle at the end, and the curb was to be repaired. The individual in charge of the job was not the salesman so I was told it was not written into the contract so it therefore was not done. I was told by the sales person that it would be automatically taken care of, and not to worry. Make sure everything you want done is stated clearly in the contract. They also could have used more cement on the sides to hold the edges more firmly.
