I'm glad that others had a wonderful experience, because I did not. I brought my car in for an oil change & new breaks (The rotors felt warped). Anyway, I go to pick up my car & they tell me "We changed the oil, but you still have 2,000 miles on your breaks". They just ASSUMED that my breaks were fine, didn't even look at them! I'm driving the next day and my breaks feel terrible. I knew something wasn't right. I bring my car to a NEW mechanic and he tells me there was only metal left & they were in no condition to drive. Who sends out a client with terrible breaks. Shouldn't Cosmo's want their clients SAFE? I will never bring my car back to them. The ONLY reason I am giving them a star is because they changed my oil, but they couldn't even turn off my "oil change" light so I had to do it myself.

I pass by a dozen repair shops to go to Cosmo's. Friendly, honest service. Never any pressure for add-on service.

I have been going to Cosmos Service Center for almost 30 yrs. and they have always stood by their work. They are professional and courteous. I have never had a problem to recommend them to others. They treat your vehicle like it was of their own.They explain what the repair entails before they do the work.

I broke down and this was the closet place for repair. I took a risk and trusted them to repair my car. I now drive 3 towns to bring all my cars their because they have such great service. I just wanted to say thank you for finally finding a place that will not take advantage of me.
If you want your car repaired properly by an honest mechanic and not be ripped off then Cosmo's is the place to go. A family run business with a superior staff of mechanics. Cosmo's goes above and beyond to take care of their customer's.
