I love All Pets. Dr. Bob and his staff are wonderful. I have been using them for 15 years and I am so grateful for the care and concern as well as top notch treatment they provide for my cats.

I love All Pets. I not only bring my pets here, but I own Destiny's Hope Cat Rescue. And we bring all of our cats and kittens to Dr.Corona! He's the only vet we trust with all of our cats. Both he and the staff are amazing. Super sweet and companionate. Best vet on LI! Four paws up!!!

I've been to all pets animal hospital for over 7 years and had nothing but the greatest experiences there from all the staff. They are animal and people friendly. They explain in detail what is being done and go over all the medications and preperations for surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Corona and his staff for your pets.

I took my 13yr old cat there, he was losing weight fast. Dr. Bob diagnosed him as a diabetic. I was given insulin for him and told to give him a shot twice a day and to change his food to a new food regimen that was sold there. I did all that, my cat started to get sick, I called back and one of the dummies that works there said, "if he is getting sick and throwing up his food, then just take it away and don't give him anymore". I was a bit shocked.....but to make a long story short, just one week later I ended up taking my poor fur baby to the nearest animal hospital, where I was questioned about his diet, and the way the insulin shot should have been administered. Come to find out he needed to eat before any shots were given, and not just some dry food, but something binding, like his wet food, and about half a can before each shot! Now mind you, this is my first time having a feline, let alone having to learn to take care of an ill one, so I did not know any of this. But instead of Dr. Bob and his team sending me home with a bag of needles and insulin, what they should have done was have a consultation with me explaining to me that there was a protocol to giving him his shots. Low and behold, I had to put my baby to sleep, his glucose was too low, and he had too much insulin in his system that was making him seize up. I was NEVER informed properly what to do, and since I didn't know any better, I didn't ask the right questions....and because of that, I will never have my little boy again. SHAME ON THIS PLACE!! DO NOT TAKE YOU PRECIOUS FUR BABIES THERE!

My mother's 22-year-old cat is dying -- can't walk and doesn't eat -- and has shrunk to 7 lbs. He refuses to put her to sleep. He keeps giving her fluids and saying she has a few more months in her. Terrible and mean to the cat and my mom.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have been going to see Dr. Corona for many years. His staff is rude & sarcastic, especially on the phone, no follow up even from his own Office Mgr. I called the office very upset, crying in fact,,I asked for pain meds for my dying dog & she (office mgr) called me 4 days later! Who does that!! Its inhuman!! Even after all that..the Dr didnt even have the audacity to call me to find out what happened..The office needs to be looked at for their incompetency!!! My puppy has died since then, I still wonder why the Dr didnt know she was was sick..i went to them in July & August! I am devastated by the loss of my baby!!

Dont GO to this Dr's office!

I'm not surprised at all by th...

I'm not surprised at all by the disgusting reviews of this place. Although I never had a problem with Dr. Corona himself, one receptionist in particular ruined this place for us. My boyfriend and I recently adopted two kittens, and since we live nearby, we took them to All Pets Animal Hospital to have them checked out. Whenever we called to make appointments, we always seemed to get the same rude receptionist on the other line. She was never in a good mood and always talked over us. She obviously lacks people skills. No "Hi how are you?" or "Hello" or anything similar when we walked in, but instead she just kept typing, pretending to ignore us for a few minutes as we stood at the desk (she did this EVERY SINGLE TIME). Way to make us feel unwelcome. She seemed very unhappy and came off as rude the few times we went there. The last time I went there, I couldn't believe her attitude. I had to pick up my kittens after being spayed and neutered, and she told me the female had to stay the night, which is fine (I wish I was told this sooner). She printed out my invoices (expensive for "low-cost neuter/spay") and went over the costs (they also needed shots) and grumbled a few things like a robot about not feeding my cat when I bring him home. This whole time she was talking down to me like I was a mentally-unstable 12-year-old, looking directly into my eyes like a crazy **** trying to intimidate me or something. It was like she thought I was an irresponsible kid (I'm in my mid-20s but look young for my age). After almost every sentence, she said "Do you understand?" like I was a child in the principal's office. I asked when I can pick up my female kitten and she said the next morning, so I asked when they open and she said "8:30." So the next day comes around, my boyfriend and I both took a personal hour from our jobs to go get her, and another receptionist that was there said we can't pick up our cat because pick-up time begins at 10:00. Nobody told us that. In my opinion, some of the staff is unprofessional and clearly stressed or perhaps they just have bad attitudes for no reason, which is quite sad. Seriously, lighten up. It'll help everyone in the environment, including yourself. Who wants to have to put up with that when you're going somewhere that's supposed to be comforting?

I brought my dog here last week in a panic because she just had a seizure (note: she has never had one before, so this was all very overwhelming/shocking). When I first walked in, the receptionist only asked me if my dog was a patient here & then she walked away as soon as I said no. The vet, Dr. Bob Corona, said "I can't help you. I'm leaving soon" and then only referred me to another place that could. Just to paint a picture of the situation, I'm only a teenager and was crying with my little brother and miniature poodle wrapped up in a blanket who looked completely disheveled and sick. The vet then said to me "Wow- it just tears your heart out, huh?" while refusing to fulfill his oath and help my dog. I am more than dissatisfied with this vet and would not recommend anyone take his or her pet to this heartless "vet." After this, I went to a different animal hospital (NOT the one All Pets recommended) and my dog was treated immediately. Dr. Anthony J. Cuccaro of Amityville Animal Hospital was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, consoled me, and was able to diagnose and treat the source of my dog's seizure.

Our beloved senior dog's health suddenly deteriorated and we made the difficult decision to have her humanely euthanized, and only went to All Pets Hospital because it was in the immediate area and we could no longer bear to see her in pain. We also wanted her to die with dignity, and that giving her a more graceful departure would be our last gift to her.

Unfortunately, that it not what played out. Even though we had a scheduled appt and were promised help getting her out of the car as soon as we got there, we were left standing there helpless/and pleading while the receptionist had us wait 15 minutes while she answered her phone calls.

Once inside the exam rm. we found Dr Corona to be seemingly indifferent and unaffected. He said all but a few words, and left immediately after giving our fur friend her first injection. For the next 15 minutes we could hear him outside outside our door arguing with what was apparently another disgruntled patron. He eventually returned (albeit briefly) on to give the next/last injection.

Feeling especially vulnerable over the sudden loss at that time, we were dissuaded from making our own arrangements/burial arrangements (all of our other animal companions are buried here at home) and talked into cremations services.

After we came to our senses several hours later, we were relieved to learn that our dear fur bud was still there, since we then learned that "pick-up for the crematorium is only once a wk on Wednesdays" As soon as we got there, Dr Corona spent the next 15 minutes trying to talk us out of it before telling us we would have to go to the back rm, retrieve the body and carry it out to the car ourselves. To add further insult to injury, the way our beloved dog had been left was anything but dignified (IE left twisted in a bag in her own excrement).

There was absolutely NO care and respect shown throughout the whole process!!!

Avoid this vet if you even slightly like your pet. We took our newly adopted rescue dog to him. Big mistake. The front desk people seem like they hate their jobs. The vet is money hungry - convinced us that we couldn't buy Heartgard cheaper than what he sells it for and ended up costing $18 more than buying it online. Also, it was a nasty, cold, misty day and they were washing a dog outside with the hose! We saw that two different times (had to go back for the second part of a shot or dog didn't really need) Also, he slammed the shot into the dog because he was annoyed when we complained about waiting so long. Terrible, terrible place to go. Don't even consider going here if you love your pet.

They are responsible for giving my cat cataracts!

When I first took my brand-new baby Siamese cat to All Pets for routine shots I originally had no problem. After she contracted conjunctivitis ,which most kittens get, They gave her and Eye drop medicine and sent me on my way. Shortly after my cat started getting cloudiness in both her eyes .One more than the other. I Brought her back for a visit, Just for the doctor to send me to Eye specialist ,which took all of five minutes ,and I still was charged an office visit. Years went by and because I don't throw any medicine away that was given to my cat I was encouraged to research what type of eyedrop was given to her when she had conjunctivitis. I didn't expect to discover what I did. I found out that the particular eye drop that was given to my cat was not only NOT the preferred eyedrop to use for conjunctivitis in cats but it was also ,from my understanding, antiquated. One of the major side effects was the cause of conjunctivitis. I was totally beside myself to discover this. Not only can my cat not see at all in one eye and less in the other but it will cost thousands to provide her surgery to correct the problem. I only wish I researched the problem sooner than later and did something legally about it. Just for your understanding this conclusion was also verified with a another veterinarian. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this animal Hospital.
