Their technical support is A kid trying to look up the answers on some web site on how to make the cars run. Then he tried to fix it with pliers and a hammer. All I could think is I was glad it wasn’t my car

Hobby Town dos not stock the parts for the cars that they sell. I was in a couple times and both times I needed stuff that they told me they had in stock on the phone. Went in to get it and did not have the right part. They have always wanted me to order the parts from them . Just down the street Happy Hobby on 81st National is a good hobby shop. . They have had all the parts at Happy Hobby in stock and they seem to know their stuff.

Made an order for online pickup based on the store inventory on the website and they dont even carry the product I ordered that was listed as in stock

Staff is always willing to help. Nice selection of items. A fun place to shop!
