I have used your service many times, and though I know things can be substituted by florists when they don't have exactly what you advertised, I have to say something this time.

The top photo is what you advertised, along with this description...

This is what the advertisement said about your flowers...the pumpkin is very DEFINATELY supposed to be a keepsake!

As you can see the "pumpkin container was a KEY ELEMENT to the arrangement, and I was very disappointed it was not delivered that way.

The flowers were beautiful, but I wanted you to know, that my understanding of substituting did not go this far...the container was not even close, except it was orange!



Is there any way I could get the container delivered?



Oh well, I guess in this day and age one shouldn't expect to get what one pays for...but thank you for letting me share with you my disappointment.
