I wanted to comment to say that Securiteam and Al are wonderful. He was professional and friendly and easy to talk to about the system. He answered all of my questions at least 3 times, because I kept asking the same ones. By the end of the installation I felt as if I had know him for years. I love my key-hole it works great. I can see across the street. I am so happy I went with them and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Thank you. PS - I just love Jody!!

We had been frustrated by other companies that were unable to help us out, and then we worked with securiteam. they did a nice job on the Westside alarms. If this is the way their company operates and treats their customers... I look forward to a long relationship. I found their technician Al to be knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Purchased a next Generation DVR after comparing several companies mainly because it had more features than the others. The installers were neat and took theur time to explain everything. The office people called me the next day ask me if I needed anything. I can remember the last time that happened when I bought something!



We also purchased an alarm and so far everything is great.

I received several quotes for a new alarm system for my home. They suggested I also get a DVR and Camera system. I spent less than $1000 and got a complete system. I can view the camera from my office (over the internet) or from my laptop if i am traveling. They were more thajn $1000 less than the other qoutes I got. At first i thought "if it's too good to be true..", but they system does everything they said at a great price.



I also got one for my Aunt, who lives alone. Highly recommend.
