I have been using this service for about 2 years now. I am very satisfied. I have John come every three months and rarely see a bug between treatments. I used another service before that I had come once a month for much more money and after 2 years with them we always saw bugs within two weeks of the service. I was calling that service every two weeks to get them to come out. After our very first treatment with John, the bugs were almost gone and within a week or so we stopped seeing them. I would definitely recommend John to everyone. He is very reliable and there has been no lack of communication, calls are returned usually within 24 hours.

Very professional. Reasonable price. Showed up on time. Solved problem. Hard to find service like this in this day and age. Good old fashion service, the way it used to be. They are the only company I've used for pest control that did what they said they would do. Highly recommend.

Rang this morning for same day service and he fit me in mid afternoon. A huge amount of time spent going over every inch of the house and appliances. Punctual, and VERY reasonably priced! So happy I called him to come out! HIGHLY recommend!

They asked for one year advance payment. I left a message suggesting I will pay per treatment and requested a call back. Guy never called back.

I called on April 2, 2012 and left a message for a callback to discuss my problem. Here it is now, April 4th, and to date I have not heard back from anyone. This doesn't seem to fall true with all of the glowing reviews I read. Maybe not all of those reviews are genuine/real?

I called John a few days ago because I was experiencing a problem with what I thought were sugar ants (turns out they are ghost ants) and earwigs. He was very knowledgable and up front. He called me back quickly and completes all his own work. I have never seen anyone in pest control so thorough! He sprayed the complete exterior and interior of my home and things are looking good so far. I have complete faith that he will take care of my bug problem. If he can't do it, really I don't think anyone else will be able to either!

When I called Mr. Parker, my home was overrun with ants. I tried every product from the store and nothing worked.
