Louis Smith has great attention to detail, and I was pleased with his ability to troubleshoot and rectify the electrical issues. He has done several jobs for me and has always gone above and beyond to exceed my expectations. He has an eye for how aesthetically things will tie in with the home and decor whether it comes to ceiling fans, chandeliers, etc. Additionally, his priority is safety and taking the utmost care to make sure any and all electrical jobs are done properly and completely. Mr Smith was the most qualified, personable electrician I've ever seen in my life. After installing my motion detector lighting, He did a infared temperature scan of my panel and pointed out several hotspots that could be an issue in the future. He explained all the technicalities in such detail and everyday language, I felt like I was watching a science movie in High School, even I understood it. He then reterminated the wires in question, scanned them again and they remained at ambient temperature. I was amazed, I felt like this man may have saved my life! He will forever be my electrician.
