BUYERS BEWARE!!

Transaction has been a total nightmare, late shipment, then wrong item shipped, then sent a used item and lied that it was brand new, used item was defected, lied and said he sent it to the manufacture for repairs when it went to a local repair man working out of his garage, 6 months of credit card interest built up, spent nearly $4000 for something I've never been able to use, I could go on and on, unreal!!!!

A Very Bad Experience. I bought a brand new instrument from these people for $7780. A 2 year factory guarantee was promised. When it arrived there was a calibration problem with the visible laser. There was no calibration certificate and they were not able to describe to me the procedure for checking this aspect of the calibration leading me to believe this aspect at least had not been checked. LUCKILY I have managed to sort it out by making all the arrangements myself for it to be sent to Germany, the only place in Europe that this adjustment could be made. They cannot even manage to send me payment ($100) for the carriage costs. In summary 1) They misrepresent what they are selling. 2) Their after sales service is non existent 3) They either liars or incompetent or both. This is to warn others, yes they may be cheap but treat their sales as "sold as seen". Roger Walker
