Tim came out on an emergency call after my air stopped working. He was prompt, professional, polite, and his rates were very reasonable. He did not put any pressure on me to buy a new unit and focused on fixing what I had, which I sincerely appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends with no hesitation.

Simply outstanding service! We have an older home ('84) that had uneven air flow and needed all new ductwork. We got several estimates - from the companies that would actually give est without charging a trip fee - and I Care Air Care met the lowest est, even though they weren't much above it to begin with. Some even told us we needed a whole new A/C system, even tho the unit itself is only 5 years old. Tim was very professional/knowledgable so we chose him. He did the work in the 3 days he promised and it's exceptional! Fantastic airflow in every room. The ductwork is neatly done & he even cleaned the coils. I'm surprised anymore when a company or individual does exactly what they say they will do, exactly when they say and for a great price. This company did that and more. Tim went out of his way to do superior work, told us about any/all issues along the way and cleaned up SPOTLESS when he left.
