FIrst, Krav Maga is amazing!! So easy to learn and use. I love the way Jason breaks it down for people to understand. The facility is great, and the classes are so full of energy! Come and try it out...you'll stay for good! Best self defense in the state.

I can't say enough about this place! Great new facility, intense workouts and a very helpful staff. The Instuctor, Jason, is very skilled and practices what he teaches. They teach the best Krav Maga self defense in the Tampa area. Check them out!

Everyone who trains here welcomes in new people with open arms; that's amazing! There are no cliques and no "new guy" looks. There is something for everyone in the family and everyone helps everyone to advance in skill levels. Not only does their kids program rock, their fit program is awesome as well. This is a place where training is actually fun for the whole family! My kids wait at the door everyday ready to go.

Both Jason and Steven are phenominal trainers. Aside from their amazing skills and acccomplishments, they promote an energy which translates in the genuine support you receive from all members of Hammerfist. Warning - Once you find yourself out of your comfort zone...your body will be pushed physically (it is definately a challenging workout), your mind will be trained to react and not retreat (all those limits you had on yourself are flying out the window), and a new family that will always have your back!
