After having my daughters fractured arm missed dx not once, but twice I would NEVER bring an actual injured person or pet to this place if I had to. I rather pay the $175.00 co-pay for the ER visit. Waited 45 minutes in an empty waiting room before we were even called after filling out the paperwork. It is sad when 14yr old even knows that sitting and texting at work visible to everyone to see when you have patients waiting to be seen is improper care that is very sad!!!

They want only your money and hide behind God while doing the devils work stealing money from you . They could care less if your sick as long as they get paid. Hope you go out of business

Can't say enough horrible things about this office. I went because I thought I had become hyperglycemic due to a med I am taking. I told this to every person I came across. After over an hour of waiting (while violently throwing up and at not being able to breath w/o concern...in an empty waiting room) I was finally seen by the doctor. Who starts chalking up my symptoms to an inner ear infections. He is about to leave the room and I have to bring up up the possibility of hyperglycemic. I have to mentioned my medication once again (that was listed on my chart as my reason to come in). He leaves to research this. Him and the nurse fight outside my room. The nurse cries. They don't have the machine to test this (which is avail at walgreens) Should have told me from the start, they offer to take my blood but i wont know the results for weeks. The nurse is rude with me when she can't draw my blood. And I am told to go somewhere else because they can't diagnose me. Horrible.

More like Casual Care than Urgent Care. This was our first time there. My husband had extreme abdominal pain. We told them at the front desk after they just stared at us when we walked up. They didn't ask us any questions so we asked what we needed to do. They had us sign in and sit down. After almost 25 minutes, I asked if there was any paperwork we could get started on while we waited. There was, of course and we should have been given that 20 minutes ago. Thirty more minutes passed when they asked for the ID and insurance card. We finally left and went elsewhere. The lack of care and compassion from the women at the front desk was disrespectful and disappointing. We left there feeling like they didn't care at all about us I know they get their pay check no matter what, but you at least expect a friendly face and a sense of urgency at an URGENT Care Center! Hopefully, the doctors are more competent...that is, if you don't die while you're waiting to get in to see them.

cant say enough good things about this place. I guess others agree b/c the waiting room is usually full. Even with a full waiting room though, my wife and I were in and out in less than an hour, xrays and prescriptions in hand. They referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who saw us 2 days later and even the orthopedic surgeon had great things to say about this clinic. I would go back there for anything. Too bad they are not primary care doctors because I would drop mine in a second to make them my primary care doctors. Why cant other doctors be as nice and efficient and knowledgeable about medicine? Oh well...........in the meantime, I will keep going back. This is truly Wesley Chapels best kept secret.
