Provided by YP.comBachman's believes in customer service. They answer the phone when you call with a live person, and get the work done when you need it.

Provided by YP.comGreg McNulty has proven to be rude and abusive. Working with my insurance company does not mean verbally abusing my adjuster because you want more money. I've had other contractors state they would be more than happy to do the work for what I was given but Greg made it seem like I was being shorted. I have seen the paperwork and it appears all damages were accounted for and now my repairs are being held up over pure greed.
Not using them and now afraid I have a poor relationship with my insurance company

Provided by YP.comdecent workmanship and completed a reroof within 1 day but not very good customer service after the fact. 15 days after my roof was replaced, my gas vent cap blew off. Called customer service and was told they would be happy to out to fix it but there would be an additional charge. Was told, "there were some strong winds the past week... and they didn't touch the vent at all." They did replace the gasket around the vent which really means they had to touch the cap to get there. Obviously, the cap was touched and not secured properly. For a cap to blow off that was securely attached for 15 years but then blow off within 15 days of a reroof sounds strange too me. The fact that I just spent 12k to get the roof done and now they want to nickel and dime me makes me think the customer service needs some help...
I wouldn't recommend them based on that.
