Dr. Bampton is excellent very knowledgable. They are taking wonderful care of me since my head on car accident (to no fault of mine).

My 6 year old and 73 year old father get treated here....I called on a Friday morning at 8:30am and talked with Lacy to make an appt. for my 13 year old who pitches and has hurt his arm. I went through the entire story with her including the x-rays we got the Tuesday before....she said no problem we can see today at 2:45pm. We arrive for our appt. to be told she made a mistake and since he has not been there before they could not see him til next week that they were too busy and leaving early of Friday. I explained to her that this morning if she would have told me that I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting my whole day assuming we had an appt. with a place 2 of my family members go to..She left and spoke to a doctor and the answer was still no. As we are leaving it is kind of ironic in big letters on the front window "WALK IN WELCOME ANYTIME".My family will never be back and I recommend not going on Fridays when their focus is on getting out the door for the weekend.
