Dr. Kyle Eash is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in skin cancer, general and medical dermatology for patients of all ages. In addition to evaluations and treatments, his dermatological services include skin cancer detection and treatment; skin lesion removal; wart treatments; skin biopsies; cryosurgery removal; and skin excisions.Dr. Eash is an assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is also certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the St. Louis Dermatologic Society.
