Fraudulent business practices. Poor workmanship, within five years fence is sagging and in poor condition-only five years! Called on numerous occasions, the last being in October of 2008, made promises to stand by this work and fix the fence but no showed and lied on numerous occasions. It is one thing to be a volume fence builder, its another to build poor quality fences then fraudulently avoid standing behind your work. No matter the quote savings, working with this contractor is not worth the problems, frustration and deceit.

Alert! Possible fraud operation. Put $1500 down July, 2005. Materials delivered in September were wrong style. Materials delivered and partially installed in October, 2005 were taller than ordered and in violation of local code. Asked them to comply with contract within 2 weeks or refund $1,500. They canceled contract and refunded about $200 charging us for materials and labor even though they delivered the wrong material. Contract was clear and specified in saleman's handwriting that fence could not exceed a certain height. They partially installed a fence that was almost 1' higher. Before completion, we had them tear it down and gave them a 2 week period to make good on the contract or fully refund our money. We are now beginning legal action.
