He completed his residency at Cox Health Systems in Springfield, Missouri, after earning his medical degree at the University of Missouri—Columbia. Dr. Montgomery has been in practice in the Wentzville/Lake Saint Louis area since 1995; he has been with SSM Health since 2008. Dr. Montgomery has a special interest in health maintenance, weight loss, and tobacco cessation.
