Visited our urgent care last week with a bad cough, was concerned because of history with lung cancer. Was given very professional treatment, the doctor was outstanding. Sent me home with the proper meds. Not completely cured but am feeling better after almost one week.

Most caring staff ever. They got right to us,never seen a place so fast to help. I would/will recommend them to alot of people.

Because I had a bad experience with this Urgent Care well over a year ago, I was quite obviously remembered by the staff. I brought my daughter in for strep throat because I figured the past is the past and I could start anew with this Urgent Care. The doc was cold and brief and personally emailed me to ask that I NOT leave a review. Who asks this? Someone who remembers I had a bad experience last time and was trying to let me know they haven't forgotten? In addition to this, the e-mail address I gave them is getting swamped with spam mail. I have had this e-mail address for five years with not a bit of spam mail as I'm very choosy about giving it out. I hate to think the staff would be unprofessional enough to purposely give my e-mail address to a spam site as revenge for being dissatisfied with their service, but if not, there is an awfully huge coincidence occurring. Steer clear of this place.

Great experience all around, from the minute I walked in the door. All the staff there made you feel like they cared about you.

Saturday morning and my primary Doctor is not in office. I had Chest Congestion also bad head cold! I had a miserable night coughing and so much congestion! I got immediate and great help from Urgent Care in Wentzville. Thank You to Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Giaimo and the pleasant Staff.

I had a bump in the middle of my forehead and overnight it became swollen and infected. I called my primary Dr. and he was not in his office and the staff recommended urgent care. I was very hesitant but decided to give it a shot. The Dr. knew what it was right away and immediately had a plan to lance the swollen bump and so he did with hardly any pain. I was seen fairly quick for the number of people there. I was treated very respectfully and felt as though the staff was listening to my concerns

I was treated as if I was lying about how I feel on a day to day bases. I'm miserable for all the panic attacks I have. Which makes me not able to sleep, can't eat, can't function. I have five children to take care of. After I paid 105 dollars, waited two hours to be seen, and another 20 in the room waiting just for the doctor to tell me its in my head. That's I should take Tylenol to help sleep, read the bible, and gave me an only 10 day prescription for my disorder was horrible service. Don't recommend this place for anyone

I was seen pretty quick considering the number of people there. The staff was friendly and caring. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained everything clearly. What I thought was a bad cold turned out to be acute bronchitis. Feeling much better!
