Great people! After my former insurance jacked up my price for my driving infractions, more than double (!), I called a business card I had in my wallet for over a year. I kept this card because of the impression they gave me when they were my customers. Working in the restaurant industry, I know customer service, and they delivered! With their no charge SR-22, I am paying LESS than before the doubled rate and I got AAA, too. I thought I wouldn't need this, but I locked myself out of my car just a few days later and it was so awesome to get back in my car for free. Thank you Amy and Todd.

When purchasing my motorcycle insurance, the owner made it a priority to get me riding as soon as possible. He even called me after hours to confirm what my cost would be. Not to mention they were able to get me the best rate of the 3 people I talked too. Their ability to use multiple companies gave me the best coverage.

Love these folks!!! They helped with auto, home, second home and umbrella. Also helped with a collector/show car. They are competitive and go out of their way to provide outstanding service. They will also tell you what they can't do to insure all know the boundaries of their service. Their integrity and customer service is sky high for us.

Very happy with this agent. They saved my husband and I $1500 a year on our business insurance . Very very honest and explained all options to us. We have been a client now for almost three years. When our son moved out and sold his car we had no issues when we had to cancel his policy so I don't agree with the other review.

They may save you money in the beginning but give it TIME. Their customer service is very lacking for existing customers. Don't try to leave their agency either. They will not respond to you and not cancel your policies with them.
