If zero was a rating, that's what they earned from me. Ask them what happens if you are without water outside of their operating times of Monday - Friday 9 - 5. In my opinion, no one at this company cares about you - just your money, and they'll take it! In my opinion, they use the cheapest methods and practices, charge you a fortune, and then don't respond when failure happens. They should be in business selling popcorn as opposed to water services....leave a message, it's the weekend - sorry about your luck :(

My family & I moved into a new home last year & b/c we had contacted this co. before for service, they were the only ones we needed to contact this time. They drilled us a new well & were very professional the whole time. They kept my husband & I informed of how deep they were so we were not surprised at the cost in the end. When it was time for the pump, the service tech. gave us a few different options & the pros/cons of each one.I would highly recommend this company & am not quite sure which company the other reviewer is referring to, b/c there is no way it could be the folks I dealt with. When we needed service at our former house, they were prompt & dependable & fixed a big problem that another well co. left us with. I would be glad to call these people again if I ever had a need for them.
I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call to the well drilling to the pump installation, this company was very professional and easy to work with. As they were drilling my well, I was in contact with the driller and owners regarding the depth and the gallons per minute I was getting. They discussed which pump best suited my needs before installation. They also explained that they could handle any service calls or water treatment problems, if I have any in the future. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. If your experience is like mine, you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to call them with any problems in the future.
You are charge minumum $100 per hour....from the time they leave their shop....in Wendell. They show up when they want and charge you what they want. They charge way too much and do not stand by their warranty. Save yourself money, time, and headache and choose another company!!!
