ASPHALT ASPHALT INSTALLATION - New installations including finish grading, road base, compaction, pre-emergent application and ending with hot Surface Mix Asphalt. OVERLAYS - Installation of a new layer of asphalt over old asphalt. Thickness can vary from one inch on up. Normally 1 1/2" to 2" is used. REINFORCED ASPHALT INSTALLATION - Same as above, except with the addition of petromat fabric under the new asphalt. This is used on soft ground to limited ground shifting. Provides longer life and will help prevent reflective cracking. R&R PATCHING - Removal and replacement of broken areas. The depth and extent of the work is determined by the severity of the damage and underlying conditions. SKIN PATCHING - Used for cosmetic purposes to fill low areas, or minimize standing water. SEAL COATING Why Seal Coat? Gives your driveway/parking lot that rich, "new asphalt" like appearance. Greatly extends the life of blacktop pavement, saving on future repair costs. Protects pavement against weather damage, oxidation, cracking and potholes. Protects from gas and oil that will dissolve pavement. Makes cleaning and sweeping much easier. Helps melt snow and ice faster. PARKING LOT PAINT MARKINGS We specialize in new layout, repainting and redesign. Below are some of the specific aspects that might apply to your particular needs: Parking stall lines Numbers Lettering Arrows Handicap symbols Curbing Speed bumps Crosswalks Stop bars Crosshatching Sports courts Lamp post bases Specialty symbols Pillars, posts and bollords Thermoplastic Road Marking used for Night vision traffic directions on the road traffic symbols. Install upgrade signs - for parking lots Install Parking Stop Blocks for parking lots CONCRETE New Concrete Installation - Typically 4" thick. Project is formed with wood 2x4's. 1" to 2" of gravel. A choice of wire mesh or rebar (Choice depends on project type). Concrete is poured over gravel, leveled out and a choice of texture - smooth to rough is applied. Control Joints are installed for crack control. We also offer a variety of stamped and colored concrete services.
