I rented equipment for a wedding and paid for the so called "I Do Crew" to do set up and take down. When they came to set up I informed them of the wind we were having, an area wide problem, and recommended they set up the next morning, which they did. Knowing the wind issue, they still decided to return the day after the event instead of then night after. The wind came up in the middle of the night and damaged the tents. They threatened to charge us $1500, almost 2x the actual replacement cost from a retailer we found and did not offer to split the cost, since we had PAID IN ADVANCE for them to do the set up and take down. I am not well and we don't have resources to hire an attorney. DO NOT USE THE "I WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TAKE DOWN CREW". I would recommend finding a company with more experience and reliability. And whatever you do, don't give them your credit card number....they will threaten you with it rather than talk to you and take responsibility.

I was getting married out of town, and needed to get measured for a tux. None of the other bridal/tux shops would measure me because I wasn't getting the tux there. I called Bella Sera and they fit me for my tux. They even worked around my schedule to do so. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
