Wellsboro Area High School serves students in grades nine through 12. Located in Wellsboro, Pa., the school offers a wide range of subjects, including English and language arts, business studies, economics and American literature. Wellsboro Area High School conducts classes in science programs, such as medicine, astronomy, environmental science, physiology and plant biology. Additionally, the school conducts classes in performing arts and health and physical education. It has a technology department that offers technology education to students. The school s foreign language department offers classes in various languages, including Spanish, French and German. Wellsboro Area High School has more than three clubs, including the National Honor Society and student council. It offers sports activities, such as football, basketball, cross country, soccer, volleyball and wrestling. The school is a part of the Wellsboro Area School District.
