      Terrible, rude and poor customer service and manager. We need to go twice at the same day to make an appointment for technical support and this appointment didn't happen. Nobody came in our house. We are without Xfinity TV and Internet since Saturday, November 19th 2016. Today is Tuesday, November 2nd 2016. Nobody called us, nobody is attending us. We are customer for 10 years and we always pay all the bills on time.
