Hello! My name is Heather. I have been a registered nurse for the past 7 years. I have mostly worked in the intensive care unit (ICU). During my time working as a nurse, I have seen first-hand how taking care of ourselves plays a huge role in ones overall health and wellbeing. This includes mental, physical, emotional, spiritual… The list goes on. I am learning day by day how to become the best version of myself, and I want to be there to help others discover that as well. I am passionate about helping people follow their dreams and finding out what fuels them. My goal is to help others cultivate growth by reaching their full potential, and becoming the best possible version of themselves. Looking forward to this journey!
