THE PILATES WELLNESS CENTER Leaner, Longer, Firmer, Stronger 1. PILATES Our Equipment Exclusive Pilates Studio specializes in Rehabilitative Pilates, Equestrian Pilates and Fitness Pilates. Dr. Habanova will conduct a comprehensive consultation with evaluation using various assessments to determine your balance, static posture, dynamic posture, symmetry, compensation patterns, flexibility, movement patterns, areas of injury, strength and weaknesses. She will then design a Pilates program which meets your goals and is suitable for your body. As you become more conditioned with each session, Dr. Habanova will advance your program appropriately.
