I am here to help. I am Your Friendly IT Guy. Give me a chance. Let me show you what real friendly, knowledgeable service is like. Do not let other companies talk down to you about what you need and how much money to spend. I will talk with you and give you options that make sense about the best computer/IT solutions that fit you and or your business. Reasonable Rates Service Rates: $20 per 1/2 hour for the first 3 hours of work after that I charge $45 an hour. Most things can be fixed within that first half hour to hour, depending on severity. If I have to install software I will not charge for long install times or long software update times. I only charge for physical work done. I will work with you to provide a package deal cheaper than my competitors should more time be required for your system such as over the 3 hour mark. Any additional hardware and software required to complete the job, you will only be charged for the lowest price I can find for it. Service Provided I work on and with all types of computers, printers and mobile devices. I do all work on my client's site. I work with small businesses, home owners, and individuals.
