Tenacre Country Day School is an independent, coeducational elementary school that enrolls more than 190 children in prekindergarten through grade six. Its curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, arts, computers, music, science, physical education and Spanish. Its campus includes school buildings, a library with more than 8,500 volumes, gymnasium, technology center, locker rooms, athletic fields and playgrounds. The school offers tuition and financial assistance. In addition, it provides optional piano lessons after school and also operates chess, book, math and bird clubs. It also sponsors a day camp that includes various facilities, including a science center, playing fields, swimming pools, classrooms, music and art rooms and a gymnasium with an indoor ropes course. Tenacre Country Day School is located in Wellesley, Mass.
