My octogenarian mother received post-operative cardiac rehabilitation at Sisters of Charity in February 2011. The care was OUTSTANDING. The physical therapy and occupational therapy were superb. Under the care of highly trained professionals, in the space of two weeks, she went from barley being able to lift her fork to completely performing every activity of daily living from daily hygiene to even applying makeup, from barely being able to walk down the hall to climbing 2 flights of steps. All the rooms are private, the nursing is excellent and most importantly, all staff treat everyone with dignity, respect and kindness. A cheerful atmosphere pervades the community. If you have ones in need of care, you can be confident that they will be in excellent hands at Sisters of Charity.
