I have been a very satisfied member of this St Louis Tan Co for several years. The owner/manager has always been very knowledgeable and helpful regarding all products they sell and services they offer. Also, she makes sure she keeps her employees well trained on the new products and services as well. If they do not know...they say so and find out. They are careful not to say something incorrect that might harm a client. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the business. I have never been worried about using the beds or the restrooms, Finally, These franchises should have rating cards at the counter to be completed and mailed back to the corporate offices/ Then they, the corporate officers, as well as, the Franchisee would see how they and their employees are doing. Finally I wrote a review. I hope you can see how far a smile can go and how taking pride in your job is so very important. Keep up the good work. I wish you continued success.
