Dr. Wilson and Jason Kirkpatrick are absolutely wonderful, but the office itself and the office staff are terrible. Like others who rated the office (in 2015) indicated, it is near IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human (still the case in 2018). Every single option you choose on their menu sends you directly to a voicemail. No return calls. When you press zero trying to get to a human, the call is directed to Centerpointe hospital. The office staff is terribly rude, IF you are lucky enough to get a return call. Now I have a bill for over $100 in "no-show" fees ($50 for one and $45 for another...weird), even though I tried calling several times to reschedule (have proof on my cell phone bill). As others said, unfortunately, this is one of the only offices in our area that takes our insurance, so we are stuck.

2 months and multiple calls into the office and I still can't talk to a person in the office, let alone get an appointment, to the only outpatient psychiatric treatment my insurance covers in the area. The office staff are so incompetent I can't form an opinion on the doctors
