I wanted to let the public know that Joe is a TRULY HONEST MAN! He took the time to explain to me what the job should actually cost to dig up and repair our main sewer line. He told me to make sure I got lots of quotes, and to ask for estimates for worst case scenarios. No wonder he is booked solid for 2.5 months out. If I would have known we would need a plumber, I would have had him pencil me in months ago, lol. Please make sure you contact Marshall Plumbing first and you will see that his quote will be the best, with excellent customer service, and a job done right! He was recommended to me by other extremely satisfied customers. And wow, he is licensed in PA, WV, and OH! In the day and age of feeling like you are always going to get ripped off, Joe made me have faith again!

My neighbor recommended Marshall Plumbing to me. After buying my house, I had him update some faucets and replace a toilet and couldn't be happier. He did a great job. I've found a new plumber for my new house.

I must agree with all of the previous posts. Excellent work, answered on my first call, very polite, very clean work- the job looks good and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. He clearly explained all of my options and was very up-front with the costs. He also explained everything he did and why and also reviewed the controls on the new water heating system. I would highly recommend him and will call for any future plumbing needs.

finally a plumber who knows his trade,,,,,, we called him up because our neighbor told us he was good , so we went on there advice and we could not be happier, he was fast to respond, and very polite, and the work was above great....... we will call him all the time

We never knew you could review anyone , And we normally do not waste our time, but we had to say something about this guy. We had many issues with our plumbing in our home, we called him , his name was Joe, he was the owner, he came out quickly and his work was outstanding.............

This guy is amazing. I am a single mother with a very tight budget and i have been having problems with my gas water heater pilot light not staying lite, I had 3 other plumbers over and between all of them they basically replaced every part in my water heater the last plumber said i need a new water heater , so i finally was refferred to Joe and he came over and was done in my basement for about 30 minutes , and i was watching him the whole time and he said there is something wrong with my venting , so he took apart my vent from the water heater and found 2 dead birds in my vent and said i should not have anymore problems, he lite the pilot and it stayed lite and has been working now like brand new for 2 months , he rocks, i would have gave him a review along time ago if i new i could, This guy knows his stuff, and my friends could not keep there eyes off of him, he does not look like your typical plumber, very goodlooking guy.

I had a pipe that has been leaking off and on in my house for about 6 years. I had it patched once, but it seemed to always spring a leak somewhere. I contacted Marshall Plumbing and on Monday, and he was here on Thursday to repair the pipe. Joe was very thorough and honest and did not try to talk me into making unnecessary repairs. In comparison to the plumbers I have done business with over the last couple years, he is second to none. He came prepared with the parts and tools he needed to complete the job. He kept the area clean by tarping the countertop and floor. He immediately removed the damaged (stinky) pipe outdoors so it wouldn't smell up the house. He inspected the pipes before and after he completed the job. He also made a repair to the work I had done last year by another plumber, and gave me some tips on caulking around the tub and fixtures that the last plumber put in the tub. very high quality workmanship, Very nice guy, goes over everything with you in detail so you understand it. goes over his work many times to make sure there was no leaks, and above all my wife liked the way he cleaned up his mess... We highly recommend this guy......

The other reviews have it right on the money. This guy is very good at his trade. very fast to respond. his work was really nice. and he was a very goodlooking guy.

I contacted Joe after reading the other reviews in an emergency state with water leaking from a toilet to the plaster ceilings of my kitchen and dining room. He showed up within an hour of calling and fixed the leak. He did such professional, clean, and thourough job he put in a water heater and redid the plumbing in the new bathroom. he also tested the water pressure coming into the house found it was way to high and SHOWED me the pressure gauge before installing a new regulator. This guy will not bullcrap you at all. he is prompt and has great follow-up.

GREAT SERVICE, QUICK SERVICE. One thing i can say is this guy is very into his work, he tells you everything you should know, he told me things that i never knew , And i had many other plumbers at my house and they never pointed out things that he did. i now understand much more about my plumbing than i ever did, thanks to him. my husband does not like anyone and even he liked this guy, we will call him for now on for all our plumbing problems. by the way he replaced some bad , leaking copper pipes we had in our basement. i dont know anything about plumbing but my husband said the work was very neat. myself and my hubby both know alot more than we ever did , because this guy took the time to explain everything to us........ we will call him for now on and we do not care what his prices are because the work is that good. I agree with the other reviews. the owner does all the work his name was Joe. he replaced a water heater at my business , the work was very clean, he was very professional, and a really nice guy. He flushed all my water lines when he was done. he put down plastic on floor and cleaned up his mess. I will call him back again I dont care what his rate is, The work is top notch...........

I really liked this plumber also, I am a single mother and on a very tight budget. I had a toilet leaking water all over floor,He came out in less than 1 hour from when i called him. he took off his shoes at front door and fixed my toilet he was very good. i tried to call many other plumbers and no one answered there phone.and the ones that did answer told me they could not come out for at least 3 days, top notch service i am very pleased. And the price was great. if you want a good plumber call him...........

they replaced some bad water pipes and shut off valves. the service was great, But above all the quality of the work was out of this world, The owner came out to do the work and i was very pleased with his knoweledge and the work looked like it was done by a factory machine......... i will be calling them back again if i have anymore plumbing issues................... WOW. this guy knows his plumbing. the service was fast (same day) the quality is bar none the best i have seen in this area... He was polite and went over everything so that i understood what was going on. And when he was done he cleaned up his mess. I had him replace water heater and fix some old water pipe leaks........ He is now my new plumber................
