      I am approaching 60 and overweight. Wanted to try yoga, Tai Chi and Zumba. I did want to tri yoga and Tai Chi but always felt a little intimidated but Tone U is the PERFECT place for it. They let you do it at your own speed (senior yoga is done with a chair); the staff is very friendly but not pushy. They have so much they don't even tell you about if you want to take advantage of. Besides the toning machines, they have all the stair stepping and my favorite is the rubberized track that no one is watching you and it is up to you to do what you want. Just wish they had longer hours.
