NASA Flowers used to be my goto - for anything in the Houston area.....until now. Never again! I am done with these people and their FALSE ADVERTISING! Warning They attempted a BAIT & SWITCH on me for Mothers' Day.



If you have something advertised on YOUR website - you need to either come through for your customers or delete that item from YOUR website. The bait and switch tactics that were used are not appreciated. If I order something on-line and pay you over $100.00 - then I should get something pretty close to the item I ordered.....and not calling at the last minute trying to substitute items for items that you do NOT have. If you do not have what it takes to make the basket - remove it from your website. I just checked and that same basket is still advertised as being available on YOUR website - even after the call telling us that it is NOT AVAILABLE!!



I am not using NASA Flowers again! I will find somebody else that will come through all the time.....and as advertised.

My wife and I planned our wedding through Nasa Flowers and Mark and the staff was wonderful. Mark suggested several flowers that we didnt think about and he even save us in area too. There flowers were very affordable and when they can they set every thing up and even help with things that didnt have anything to do with flowers and best of all the flowers were wonderful.



I've used Nasa Flowers before we were married and they were also the best. We have had family funeral and anniversary.

I am very happy they are my florist!!
