I have bought 2 fabric recliners within the past 2 weeks and have had no problems. Very comfortable, reasonably-priced and will return for a sectional.

Bought 4 recliners the same day. 2 for my home and 2 for our RV. Big mistake! The "warranty" stinks! We took one of the chairs back 2 times and they told us nothing is wrong. Now after the warranty is out they can suddenly find out what's wrong! Now they want to charge me to fix their mistake! No thanks, Lazyboy! You will never see 1 more penny from me!

I bought a leather couch, love seat and chair in August 2009 and bought an extended warranty.. I had to send it back in Nov. 2011, and now they tell me that in order to fix both as the zipper broke and the filling flattened out will cost me almost $1K. I am not sure what happened to their Quality, but will never purchase from them again!

I purchased a La Z Boy leather recliner in Oct 2007. The back of the chair has broken twice since purchase and each time La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries is charging me a $100 plus cost to repair. At this rate I will have paid for the chair twice in five years. I HIGHLY recommend not purchasing a La-Z-Boy product. The quality is clearly inferior and La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries will not stand behind their product.
